Meet The Team
While Nick would love to be able to work with everyone who reaches out to him, there are times when that simply isn’t possible. In order to provide excellent services beyond his capacity, he has invested personally in Jim and Alberto, to ensure that they provide stellar coaching and training. Jim and Alberto bring unique experiences and gifts, and people grow when they work with them.
Alberto’s passion is to help Christian leaders know and trust that they have been wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) to fulfill a distinct purpose in both their public and personal life. He helps each person he works with maximize their potential through providing care, support, and challenge in a safe and compassionate environment where individuals can openly share, evaluate, internalize and move further into personal growth.
This has led Alberto to earn his Master’s degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (2007) and Business Administration (2008) from Elmhurst College. Life’s journey has also led him to work with leaders across various sectors including higher education, retail, consultative services and the church for over 10 years.
Married to his college sweetheart Jennifer, they are parents to three young children named Caleb, Sofia, and Isabela. For relaxation and fun, Alberto enjoys time with his family and friends, laughing, reading, trying out new things, playing all types of sports (especially basketball), and rooting for Cleveland sports teams. He and his family live near Cleveland, OH and are active members of their local church.
Jim Boyle, FACHE, M.S.
Throughout his career, largely in the Adventist Hospital System, Jim has consistently focused on building high performance work environments and healthy cultures, and is recognized as a world class leader by the Gallup Organization. Jim brings a deep passion to helping leaders serve effectively, and honor their core values.
Jim brings forty years of health care leadership experience, 25 of those years as a CEO, to his passion of serving leaders through coaching and training. Jim earned his B.A. in Theology from Southern Adventist University, and completed his M.S. in Management at Rollins College.
Jim is married to his wife Darleen, and they have two adult children and four grandchildren. Jim enjoys playing golf, exercising, reading true life adventures and climbing “fourteeners” near his home in Castle Rock, Colorado. He currently serves as an elder at his local church.
